/ Our People /
Each Analytics consultant is a highly-qualified professional with a track record of client satisfaction. Our consultants perform because they are uniquely qualified and because they work in an environment that enables them. They bring an unmatched combination of exceptional academic achievement and proven real-world accomplishment.
All Analytics consultants hold graduate degrees from premier universities such as MIT, Harvard, and Cambridge. They also have experience applying advanced academic training to real-world business problems. To make it through our rigorous hiring process, would-be Analytics consultants must solve exactly those types of real-world business problems.
Consultants join Analytics – and stay – because here they find the depth, volume, and range of problems that will keep them intellectually engaged. They also find a rare environment that allows such a large concentration of experts to collaborate side-by-side. Analytics’ consultants create business value by:
- Identifying key operational problems that block outstanding business performance;
- Applying advanced quantitative methods often needed to solve those problems; and
- Following through with effective tools and knowledge transfer to ensure that solutions are implemented successfully.
Leveraging the skills and experience of each consultant is one or more Analytics analysts, who are also recruited from the nation's top universities. Analysts hold undergraduate degrees in Operations Research, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Management Science, and similar disciplines, which allows them to perform sophisticated data analysis and modeling at the consultants' direction.
And, believe it or not, people tell us we’re fun to work with. While mental horsepower is a prerequisite to meeting clients’ business challenges, the ultimate impact is achieved due to the practical and down-to-earth nature of our consultants’ solutions, communications, and interpersonal skills.
